Gamification App - Symptofy

This app aims to help people who suffer from Ulcerative Colitis or Crohns Disease manage their illness and provide them with more information about their illness. The reason I decided to design this app is because I have Ulcerative Colitis and I find it very difficult to manage.
These diseases are known as "invisible illnesses" because they affect internal organs and are not visible to us. This also means that by the time you realise the illness is acting up again, it's too late for mild treatments.
