My first app that I designed in 2012 for a hospital. Through interviews with doctors, nurses, call center employees, and engineers I was able to identify needs around the patient referral system. From the research, I wireframed the app flow. After, I created a software requirements document which I delivered to the engineering team at UPMC. From there I built the assets to help the team realize the app.
