GoCatch Passenger App • Shuttle Transit (Concept)

Concept shuttle transit booking flow for the GoCatch passenger app. Expanding transit options from private vehicles to shared shuttle services enables lower-cost options for more people.

For select destinations such as airports, the shuttle option will be available. Displayed throughout the booking flow are colour-coded route maps based on the shuttle number, direct and non-direct shuttles, scheduled departure and arrival times, walking and interchange travel times, shuttle information, seat allocation and boarding location.

Once confirmed and booked, a digital boarding pass is issued and the QR code will be scanned by the driver when boarding the shuttle.
