OYO FOOD ADMIN

I worked on an internal product called OYO Food admin. This product is used by Inventory manager, admins, and Food GRE.

About this product:

A system for OYO cloud kitchen to manage inventory, Menu and prevent pilferage.

Challenge:

Currently, there are 200+ kitchens live on the platforms. In Cloud Kitchen, OYO operates 9+ Brand Outlets like O biryani, paratha pundit, Pizza gully, master of mom’s etc.

The current system relied heavily upon email threads, google sheet and third-party solutions to maintain the data. This procedure has been pretty inefficient in terms of resources and man-hours that went into it. The challenge here is to design a system that helps in managing the SKU and bring transparency to the system. The inventory sent, consumed and current stock needs to be tracked to prevent stock-outs and pilferage.

I started with initial research in some OYO townhouse properties, gathered insights, defined Problems, created user journeys, Information architecture, wireframes, Design system followed Visuals and an invision prototype. This product is under development.
