Noise Boy

Tinkering with adding support for additional consoles to NoiseES. The GBS format is easy because like NSF all tracks are contained in a single, uncompressed format. I'm still working on porting a decompression library so NoiseES can support compressed SPC and VGM/GYM collections but I'm having to rebuild a number of dynamically linked libraries to static ones (and still only barely understand what that really entails).
