High-conversion beauty signup flow

For this beauty startup we wanted to create the most fun and easy way to signup through a long form of questions. The results have been amazing with very high conversion from the first step to completed signup.

I created this UX design that incorporated all the lessons learned from previous 'signup based' startups that I worked at and the many A/B tests we did to improve conversion. This UX balances easy to enter data with accurate and valuable data.

For example, by inputting just one letter, we show a list of matching brands relevant to the question category. The list of brand exists of the 500 most popular brands in the local country. To enrich our data, users can also choose to 'add a new brand' if we don't offer it yet. We manually curate and update the brand list when we see new popular brands emerge in a country.

I was able to work with a great team on this and am very happy with the results. We are further looking at the data to continue adding improvements.
