Transit app Interaction

As a Branstation UX course project, I was tasked with designing the ultimate transit app.

The idea was to come up with a design concept that helps improve the experience of TTC riders in Toronto by providing them with a tool to make their daily commutes easier, more efficient and stress-free. This solution is unique because it will combine the most valuable tools from apps that are most used by transit riders. They will now have an all-in-one solution for their transit needs.

The problems I’m trying to solve are, inefficient communication, such as users not being aware of delays, not knowing when the next transit vehicle will arrive and capacity/overcrowding issues on the TTC (Toronto Transit Commission).
