Rootin' Tootin' Texas Ranger

A few weeks ago, I saw a re-call on long forgotten mascots and the Rootin' Tootin' Ranger was mascot in the spotlight in this case. He briefly carried the official mascot title for the Texas Rangers in the 1970s.

A bit of a Yosemite Sam rip-off at the time but I still wanted to put the effort into modernizing and bringing it to life as it would look today.
