The Yellow Neighborhood

My Story
I had a dream, I see everyone in town is wearing red clothes from children going to school and adults gathering in crowds. I feel confused, seems like only this town has a rule only can wear red color in their clothes, it feels weird maybe it has meaning behind it?

The neighborhood has one unity rule which is only using one color in everything. I have decided to make my own meaning so I choose a yellow color, a happy and bright environment.
