Mumbo Gumbo

After a two hour airboat ride down down the Black Lake Bayou in Northwest Louisiana, you'll (hopefully) find the South's best kept secret... Mumbo Gumbo. The food is great, but the real attraction is Rufus...a three thousand pound chunk of pure certifiably evil 'gator. For $5 you can take home a polaroid of you and the mythical reptile.
