If you're working for a company, at least make sure you believe in its vision. It's very easy to lie to yourself here and do your job just for the sake of getting a paycheck. But honestly, when you reach your death bed, will you be happy to know that you devoted your life to someone else's cause that you even didn't identify with? Do you love the organization that you work for? Do you both share the same values?
