Shepper — Site Release
Today we're proud to announce the result of our collaboration with Shepper.
Shepper provides on-demand physical checks, rich data collection and digital reporting. Their service is powered by an international network of 'Shepherds' — Vetted gig workers who carry-out detailed inspections faster and more cost-effectively than traditional maintenance providers.
Founded in 2016, Shepper has quickly become one of London's fastest-growing startups, servicing several of the world's leading retail, media and property businesses.
For businesses that rely on physical assets, Shepper's on-demand checks and digital reports are an entirely new way of working. But as with all things, it can be tricky to explain — especially when addressing seven different business verticals, and their gig workers.
Getting Shepper's story right meant exploring several site architectures and finding one that truly resonated with their customers and Shepherds (Why Shepper > How it works > Outcomes by industry or Become a Shepherd).
From the start, Shepper knew they wanted to look, sound and feel unlike any of their corporate competitors. To achieve this, we designed a new visual language grounded in simplicity and charm, along with a series of custom-made photos that used their mascot, Sheppy, to represent the subject and scale of their offering.
