today I'd like to give you another glimpse into the "Hiring Platform Project" that I'm still working on. This is the job overview screen that shows all active job ads and gives the user all important interactions like filtering, promoting or creating a new job ad. More to come soon. for a lot of HR Managers it is really important to create screening questions helping them to target the right candidates. Based on this JOIN also needed this option within its job creation process – as a premium feature. With this feature companies can add different types of screening questions, customize them based on their needed information and select if they are required or optional.
