How to add stroke to stroke (Fake stroke)

happy to share my technique to add stroke to stroke i called it "fake stroke"

Attempts add stroke to stroke was best choice for me offset path and put stroke on it to fill but it cut out and wasn't flexible it i took sometime to think and said what if offset path was behind the stroke as stroke and i think it worked well and i'm happy with the result i make it in illustrator to after i finish my illustration and send it to after effects . watch it here
