MyUPMC Health Management

The MyUPMC mobile application delivers users a quick, and easy, way to manage their UPMC health care. It gives a user the ability to schedule appointments, view test results, and message their provider directly through the mobile app. The previous version of this application had many UX challenges that left users confused by the poor navigation. Most of the core functionality was hidden behind a main screen that did not properly guide users or show any useful information upfront. My creating a proper navigation, and bringing core information to the forefront, we saw a spike of user engagement, and along with many positive reviews.
