Bincita travel app

We conducted a group interview with frequent road travellers, got an understanding of their professions to help me map out layouts.

Some of the questions we asked:

“Would you use a bus ticket booking app?"
“What do you like/dislike about ticket booking platforms?"
“What do you find most frustrating on a journey?"
Insightful feedback:

“I hardly ever know where I am while travelling, I always have to ask"
“I can be very picky with the transport medium. You know, size and all that"
“Having to preset date and make payment towards one's journey makes travelling a whole lot easier."
Astonishingly we discovered that most road travellers value the time factor but are stuck with the crude method of ticket booking.

After the interviews, I sketched out some ideas using lo-fidelity wireframes. Once I had more of an idea as to what was required, I moved onto Invision to design the lo-fidelity wireframes to determine information architecture, key features and functionalities.
Once I fixed the issues from the lo-fidelity wireframes, I moved to hi-fidelity wireframes.
