Exploration of Music Applications using the Neumorphism style

This trend provides a new style in UI Design, but will this be an applicable trend? How do programmers translate it in code?

I think if this trend makes a longer and more difficult workflow, then this could only be a UI Design exploration trend, not an applicative UI Design trend.
