Live Love Learn album art

This is the direction i originally wanted to go based on the clients initial thoughts. The building is based on a significant place he used to play early in his career. It's been stylized but key elements remain for recognition. This is still in a bit of progress and the part I'm trudging through right now is deciding how to treat the type for the album title. Unique lettering for each so far feels disjointed, and using the same font for each word feels a little bland, so I'm wrestling to find the right balance. Any thoughts and feedback are welcome, regarding the type or general composition.
