Rejected logo for a snowboard series - The Yumi Series.
In japanese, Yumi is the word for a Samurai's bow. This reflected the flexing and popping of potential energy from the board's pre-tensioned glass top sheet.

Any Japanese readers - I'd be interested in whether I got the symbol correct. I just pulled in from an online translator. Cheers.
