Ondo state government (Nigeria) sought to revamp one of its parastatals (Ondo State Pools, Bettings & Lotteries Board - OSPBLB) to a place of active impact at the grassroots level. But there was the issue of an identity crisis: lottery boards are morally and religiously seen as agents of wishful, indisciplined spending of one's funds in hopes of striking a huge "pot of gold".

S O L U T I O N

Developed the draft of a visual culture expressed through the different marketing materials designed and produced.

It was clear that this was a perception battle. Add to that, there had to be a visual language that embraced viewers with varying literacy levels.
