T-shaped designers article

Over 2019, I saw a trend of designers wanting to be specialists in their careers.

Whilst I don't deny you should know what it is you're strongest at, I feel you'd be limiting your career growth and the kinds of jobs you can apply for if your design process is so tunnel-visioned.

Seeing this trend inspired me to write my article explaining why I still do believe the T-shaped approach from IDEO is a better approach to career development in design.
