Semi-elevated workspace setup

Here's a better view of the focal area. For the laptop and Wacom tablet, I use a sturdy metal monitor stand that came from Staples (strong enough for old-school CRT monitors), with the monitor on a crate behind it. The ball chair raises me up to go along with it.

I can stand at the desk for shorter intervals, good for email and browsing, etc, but not for extended working.
