Whenever we start a new project, we normally focus on the solution that will make an immediate impact. In most cases, it will work. But when the time flies, the project will keep changing paths, it is so easy to get lost, facing performance bottleneck issues or even lost the project characteristic.

In Unicorn Vision, we always kick off a project by asking ourselves: Why do we believe in the project? How are we going to execute? What makes it sustainable? Then we build project blueprints on top of the answers.

Defining a big picture takes patience and reflection. Your audiences buy why you do but not what you do. What you are doing is the reflection of the core values you believe in.

That's why when we start Alphabag. We wrote the Alphabag Manifesto as the first product in the project. By focusing on the original answer of why do we believe in the project. It will always guide our team back to the right track when things go off.
