CWCW 13 Logo

Playing around with last year's logo....wanted to strip it down and then introduce some sort of seal/badge (considering it is a contest and all). Also decided to add our Latin motto below to help break up the space between the header and the rest of the site's content.

Tried the "x" with and without the serif's and ended up liking the serif quite a bit more. Hopefully the nod to physically marking ballots and the idea of x's being used to cross stuff out is still present. Thoughts?
