What if the messaging apps Whatsapp have notes feature?

Why I create this design?
Last Neumorphism fever 🥶 and trying to follow the trend.

The story behind the design:

A couple of weeks ago one of my friends often sent me messages to WhatsApp on the pretext of storing his words in WhatsApp, because they often forget to bring their paper notes. Then I asked why not just install the notes application? Isn't it easier more than use paper notes?

“ I am lazy, and it feels complicated for me to have to install the application and use up my cellphone memory,” he said.

So, I think my friend was used to typing in WA and had the need to save words, something that interesting for him, messaging or anything that was written, which he got from the results of an online meeting or anything in WA.

Besides I told him to install notes.
I also asked him, why you don’t use a telegram? it has a feature that can save a message.
He said, “ I'm lazy to install the chat app again, if possible, I just need one chat app that able to cover my needs. My cell phone is still an old version with a little memory capacity.”

Based on a story about my friend's behavior above and what I can consider to be a user's problem. I am trying to add one feature on Whatsapp, which is the notes feature. Whether this is needed by many people or not, I am just trying to explore the problem and solve it with a solution through interface design. Coupled with exploring the soft UI style design or what is now more often called neumorphism.
