Fourteenth Component: In-Page Navigation (Enhancement No.1).

This is my favorite component by the way. It works perfectly with my heading component and is actually created to improve the accessibility of my site even more plus the way I designed this, it matches the design so no design-related issues. Also, it will benefit all types of users (users using a mouse, keyboard, touch-screen, etc). Again this is not there to mixed up with the design and give good UI but to help my users. I will write about this component and why I decided to implement this on my site in detail someday (I hope). Meanwhile, if you or you know someone that is using a keyboard to navigate please contact me, I like to ask/confirm somethings and thank you. Also I've never seen any website giving UI or interface like this, so its originally mine just telling.
