Teambition Service Dialog Page Redesign

Teambition Service is a new product that our teams at Teambition worked on. It aims to help support team to serve their customers via dialog, while the tickets from customers can flow straight into any specific Teambition Projects, where your dev team could analyze and manage requirements. It simply make it possible that your customer's voice could be heard by dev team straightly.

Here are the several aspects that we decided to improve in this redesign project:

1. Utilize better visual hierarchy to make the page communication more efficient and pleasant.
2. Provide guidance for the future features, such as statistics, searches, filters and document sending.
3. Improve some interaction problems, such as calling and sending emails.
