100mb Floppy disk music album (Mystictrax)

Chernobyl based Mystictrax label released the album Suite for Computers from Monotronique (Opal Tapes, Banoffee Pies). The release will be packaged on rare zip-disks (!). According to the label's words, this is the first music in the world created to inspire artificial intelligence, written with an understanding of the mathematical soul of machines.

According to the author, the idea of the album came to mind out of simple curiosity: "what can be done using the modular structure, but using the old computer software?" Taking custom VSTs and recording improvisations live, pretty retro-futuristic music came out. Brutal, machine, but not without beauty, love and empathy.

At Mystictrax believe that the music of the future will be the same as it is now: blurring the boundaries between genres, conventions, removing the understanding of what can be done with sound and what cannot. To reduce the difference between biological man and artificial intelligence, bringing us and "them" closer to understanding each other, up to the merger. In general, the music of the future is already here - simply often it is not needed, since many are afraid of the new and that which is not like everything else. Just dig deeper today!
