Sketchnote Academy brand refresh

I refreshed the brand of my online course school, Sketchnote Academy. The old logo (third image) was always a temporary placeholder and I'm glad to finally replace it! Updated the colors, too. Got a lot of feedback from students about the bright red being too bright. :|
