S9 Mini Drone

The drone art was commissioned by a company that sells consumer-grade drones. The artwork was made for its S9 drone product launch.

The client was under a relatively tight budget for 3D modeling, and they needed a template for the drone they can update and skin with different colors and patterns quickly. Using a vector-based object was the optimal solution, so used Illustrator for the base object and After Effects for the animation.
