Iterating on an easier way to manage bookings

The travel industry, at times, seems hopelessly old-fashioned. At Airtrade, our goal is to empower the local travel agent with booking management. This feature that I'm working on serves to reduce the number of Call Center traffic that we get for relatively small tasks, such as sending travel documents.
