Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (II)

Thanks for the feedback folks - some revisions.

I've introduced a subtle line dividing each item but not full width as that was breaking up the navigation too much. I've also increased the margin/spacing between each and line height so that it breathes a bit more.

I've tried here to show the colour depth across three levels - concerned that any more contrast would create too much contrast.
