Customer Onboarding Process

It's easy for us to get stuck in a certain way of doing things and stop finding a better solution. The basic process, such as onboarding customers on a website can also be optimized and become more user-centred.

By dictating the space length of each input field we can give more intuitive instructions to users. Meanwhile, for input fields like email, phone number it's also best practice to give them some sample answer as a direct identifier. 📍

Instead of giving the error message in the end, prompt and clear feedbacks works better with users while they are filling out the form. Instruction which gives detailed error points such as "Incorrect Length" or "Wrong Format" is much preferable than just "Invalid Field".🙅‍♀️
