Been tired of the shitty rental experience in LA for years. More specifically the process of finding places to tour online. Between fake listings, cumbersome websites and a fragmented experience nobody seems to be able to get it right.

While it'll take a lot more than a pretty website to fix these issues I definitely believe that the way rental products are designed speaks to how effective they'll be at helping you find your first or next apartment.

I do think one group got it right and have figured out how to attach a reasonable profit model to the real estate rental segment. I took inspiration from them to start designing my own solution.
