Productivity Tool — Design System

A tool to track organizational "health" through simple UI. With it we can completely eliminate manual input of information by administrators.

Timeline: 2 months
Real or Concept: This screenshot is one of the concepts with a different color scheme than the version in real production. Everything else is technically feasible.
Team: 2 people worked on design.

Challenges: I am always dealing with inconsistency when most of functionality and screens are outlined. I get, that's not a valid approach, rather than creating "atoms" from the very start. However, it works for me now in spite of my best efforts to re-learn :) What about you?
