Reading Tracker

I have recently been using the Goodreads app and struggled to deal with some of its usability issues.
Two of them are:
1. The presence of 2 identical search menus within the app (one for searching your book shelf and the other for searching through the entire good reads library).
2. Navigating the 'read' and 'want to read' sections

To solve these problems, I've designed a single search menu, that sits universally on the good reads page. In the process. I've also tried to simplify the user's library by clearly differentiating between read and not read books and showing the number of books read this year.
