Everything doesn't have to follow a specific guideline. User Experience isn't a straight line, just because you believe one thing doesn't make it the same for everyone else.
With that said, I don't believe that changing what you feel represents your brand to match "the trends" or "logical user experience" is necessarily a good idea.
The objectivity in branding is the core of what your brand stands for. So when your brand is seen subjectively it's tough to always get the right message across.
Theres a balance between representing yourself authentically and reaching/touching people with your message.
This is where I come in. Theres no right way of doing things, so I support my clients through a complex journey, through multiple pathways and be a guiding light in finding their personal expression.
