Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) is the peak body for real estate in Queensland, Australia.

JSA had the opportunity to partner with REIQ as their digital agency to deliver a full digital transformation project, involving a complete overhaul of their digital presence - from workshops, ideation, user journey mapping, phasing functionality, content planning and migration, user experience and design, development and deployment.

Some key considerations was a phased approach to functionality, with Phase 1 focusing entirely on setting up the new foundation via a flexible design system, ecommerce integration and online ordering of courses. Phase 2 was a full content migration, with marketing software automation, expansion of the component design system, and incredible development work by the JSA dev team.
