When dealing with forms, providing visual feedback to the user’s input is an important factor for the user experience. It can bring delightfulness and make the process of filling in the form less anxious by providing feedback on the user’s actions.

The form that I designed today asks the user to fill in their name when applying for a function at createcade. I user clever micro-copy to let the user know when a name is accepted and when a name is declined—since we’re big on real names around here ;)
