The first one is BEANS AND LEGUMES!

Make sure to try and get around 3 servings of beans or legumes into your diet. An amazing source of protein WITHOUT any saturated animal fat. Full of densely packed nutrients and not only that, they are some of the CHEAPEST foods you can get. 😆😉

Some easy examples are:
Edamame, lentils, chickpeas, black beans, kidney beans, cannelloni beans, butter beans, tempeh, split peas, miso, snow peas, green beans.. the list is endless🌱🌿
