How to make sure everything is well informed and less spammy and looks effortlesly good in the same time? There are a few of many challenges we face as a Notification team in the biggest ecommerce in Indonesia (Tokopedia).

Multiple iteration, user interview and testing, wireframing, and finalizing is the part of the process.

I responsible for the overall interface of the project. It is important how to design the good icon (semantic and pragmatic) so user can differentiate each icon quickly and easily to understand.

The knowledge about design system is also needed in this project, like which component fit to be used & how component work.
