More previews from my new design course - Process Masterclass 2.0. When I start a project - I work with the client to flesh out the initial art direction using a style board. To get a feel for how the project could look and feel. They are a quick and effective to way to communicate the art direction without sinking too much time.

This is how I setup files for the initial art direction of a project. See how I line to the grid. Use type. And create an overall look for a project. Preview lesson files are for Figma and Sketch.

Using native Apple typefaces - New York and SF Pro. In the beginning explore different options. Here I play with the type with a mixture vs. all sans.
