Lab Guideline Search

For this app my focus is on keeping it super clean, clear and simple. Having seen physicians do their rounds, and having discussed the processes with them asserted to me that the UI really needs to get them what they need extremely fast.

Even though this is just the wireframe I can't see the visual design being very far off from this at all.
