Hiring Platform E-Mail Templates

Hey Guys!
Currently I'm working on the redesign for a hiring platform and that also includes small but still important things like email templates. Here I show you a little sneakpeak on how the mobile email designs look like - emails are the direct gateway to active and potential users and shouldn't be underestimated.
What are your thoughts on this?

for a lot of HR Managers it is really important to create screening questions helping them to target the right candidates. Based on this JOIN also needed this option within its job creation process – as a premium feature. With this feature companies can add different types of screening questions, customize them based on their needed information and select if they are required or optional.
