Performance scores for hotels

This year I’ve had the chance to work on one of the most exciting projects since I joined Agoda - A brand new performance dashboard for our hotels!

The dashboard offers customer insights to the different departments within a typical hotel operation. Staff can monitor new bookings, cancellations, messages, and reviews in a real time feed. Decision makers can monitor key metrics such as bookings, revenue, average daily rate, and much more.

On the landing screen, we show the top performance scores to help hoteliers understand at a glance how well the hotel is doing – in areas such as competitive pricing, the hotel information provided, and guest review scores. Clicking on the score will bring up a deep dive into the numbers, as well as show suggestions on how to improve.
