Hello everyone!
Glad to share my next shots related to people grouping within an organization. This series called Teams. As we know a team within an organization is an entity of the organizational structure and also, it is a group of individuals working together to achieve their goal. The key value of Teams as a feature is to make navigation between groups of people the easiest way for the end-user. Another important value is to bubble-up on top the most important statistics such as the total number of participants, the number of the team objectives, number of 1-on-1 meetings, top skills and etc. This is an important point when we are talking about transparency within organization culture. Also, Renaizant tracks and stores the most important changes in the Team and it could be seen in the History section. But all the above is only a small part of the Teams functionality and capabilities.
