Neon Eye Grid

Inspired by a video by FOREAL studio, I'm still working with expressions and grids ins After Effects.

As you can see, the eyes rotations are linked to the moving white point so they're always following it.
Also there is an expression in the position so the eyes get further away as the white point comes closer.
