Winter in Turnhout

Now it has been some years since I last braved the ice skating rink, but I do vividly remember all the different types of people you would bump into over there. Nothing like people-watching near the yearly Christmas market ice-ring while sipping a piping hot cup of gluhwein ❄️ So when I had to do the December cover for UiT in Turnhout magazine about their annual Christmas festivities, I knew immediately what scene I wanted to put on the cover. ⛸
