New Navigation

One of the first pieces to be redesigned for our website was the navigation. This exercise was more about taxonomy than any other aspect of UX. Our previous navigation used(uses) vague category names for product segmentation.

While it made the nav more shallow (these vague names were top-level buttons), it also confused consumers and reduced space allowed for resources and other educational content to be featured in the nav bar.

The new navigation bar is clean and simple. All products are listed under PRODUCTS and are listed in more logical subcategories using correct industry language our customers use daily.
