Mobile Payment Form

Another piece from the Pronto web application. These are screens a user would see when they are donating to an organization that uses our product. On the left is the initial screen where they can set a one time or recurring donation, and the left screen has their payment method populated if they have given previously.

Building this form has been a long process of testing and optimizing, but I'm excited to see it in the hands of users.
